Does EPOSi work on Windows, iPad and Android?
Yes. EPOSi is one app for Windows PCs and touchscreen tills, iPads and Android tablets, so you can mix devices across your tills and locations.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Usually not. EPOSi works on Android, Apple and Windows devices, so you can use the tablets or computers you already own. If you would rather have a dedicated till, we can supply an all-in-one till system with a built-in receipt printer. Email us for a hardware quote.
Can I use more than one till?
Yes. Add as many tills to each location as you need.
Can I run multiple shops or restaurants?
Yes. One account covers multiple locations, each with its own tills, stock and staff, all managed from one back office.
What is the difference between EPOS and POS?
They mean the same thing. EPOS (electronic point of sale) is the term used in the UK, and POS is used in most other countries. Both describe the till system you sell from.
Is EPOSi a cloud EPOS system?
Yes. Your back office runs in the browser, and the till keeps selling if the internet drops, then uploads its sales when you reconnect.
What is the difference between Retail and Retail+?
Retail is for selling in person. Retail+ adds selling online on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and your website, from the same stock.
